Frequently Asked Questions...because good customers wanna know!

Q.      Why is there such a huge difference in price between party rental companies?

A.      Just like every business, rental companies need to make a profit.  Companies who financed their units, have to charge at-least enough to cover their payments and of course add a markup for their expenses. At planet bounce rentals, we purchase all of our units the old fashioned way— cash.  This allows us to adjust our prices and keep them family friendly in these tough economic times.

Q.      What are the safety requirements for inflatable operators in Indiana?

A.      Indiana doesn’t require safety certification for rental companies.  Look for companies who display the below symbol.  It offers a link to verify your chosen companies participation in National Safety Certification.  It is optional so some companies do not have it.  Of course, at planet bounce rentals we put safety first.  All operators have passed the advanced certification test.

Q.      If I pay online, how will I know that my unit is available for the date I want?

A.      We update our calendar every 10 minutes.  The key is to Check The Calendar next to the item you would like to reserve.  Remember A = Available R =Reserved for that date.  When paying online, there will be a  box          to confirm your delivery address and date.  If you forget don’t worry.  We’ll call or email you to clear up any questionable or forgotten information.

Q.     What kind of units do you have and how do they compare to other companies units?

A.      The truth is, bounce house units have a relatively short life.  They are usually replaced every three or four years.  At planet bounce rentals our bounce houses were purchased 2/12/08.  They are 15x15 and not the smaller sizes that many companies carry.  If you rent from us,  rest assured,  you are getting the best.

Q.      How many kids can play at once in a bouncer?

A.      It depends on their age and size.  Smaller children 8-10  Adults     3-4.  Safety regulations suggest that smaller and larger children shouldn’t be in the bouncer at the same time.
